New in 2014 at the rustic Pavilion Theatre at the Shepherd of the Hills is Roundup on the Trail Chuck Wagon Dinner Show. While the show is new the talent is not, but the highly successful group New Trails that brings you the Christmas on the Trail Chuck Wagon Dinner Show in November and December at the Pavilion Theatre. They will bring a wide variety of musical styles, harmonies, instrumentations and range, from Old West to Western Swing, and from Old Country to New country, displaying all the musical styles and talent necessary to bring you an awesome show. They will also celebrate the roots of the American Cowboy in song and verse, and take you do the Gospel music trails too.
The show is preceded by a Texas sized meal of Slow Smoked Texas Brisket, Maple-Smoked Turkey Breast, Campfire Beans , Dutch oven Trail Taters, a Roasted Ear of Corn, Hot Rolls, Dutch Oven Cobbler and your drinks. This culinary delight is prepared on an authentic Chuck Wagon just like those that went up the cattle trails of the 1800's.
Seating begins at 4:15 pm
Dinner is served promptly at 4:45 pm.
